How do I connect HubSpot to ReplySequence?

Open Settings → Integrations in your ReplySequence dashboard and click Connect under HubSpot. You'll be redirected to HubSpot to authorize the connection, then back to ReplySequence with the integration live. See the full setup guide in our HubSpot documentation.

Which transcript sources are supported?

ReplySequence accepts transcripts from Otter, Fireflies, Gong, Granola, Fathom, tl;dv, Read.ai, Chorus, Avoma, Grain, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams — or any source connected through our Zapier webhook. You can also paste any transcript directly.

What OAuth permissions do you request, and why?

For HubSpot, we request scopes covering contacts, meetings, deals, and email engagements — only the objects we actively create on your behalf. We never read, modify, or delete anything outside the objects we create. The full scope-by-scope breakdown is in our HubSpot documentation.

How is my data protected?

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. OAuth tokens are encrypted with a rotating key. Transcripts are processed on-demand and not retained by our AI providers. We do not use your data to train models. See our Security page for the full breakdown.

Where is my data stored?

Customer data is stored in US-based infrastructure (PostgreSQL on Supabase, hosted on AWS us-east-1). We can provide a list of subprocessors on request.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Settings → Account in your dashboard and click Delete Account. All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email support@replysequence.com to request deletion at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → Billing in your dashboard and click Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. No questions, no retention calls.

I found a bug — how do I report it?

Email support@replysequence.com with a description of what happened, the steps you took, and any screenshots. We take bugs seriously and ship fixes fast.

Do you offer enterprise plans?

Yes. For teams of 10+ or organizations that need custom integrations, SSO, or dedicated support, email support@replysequence.com and we'll set up a call.
