Voicenotes + ReplySequence
Voicenotes captures what you would have forgotten. ReplySequence turns it into the email.
Voicenotes is great at one very specific, underrated thing: giving you a clean transcript of your own voice after a conversation that didn't happen on video. Coffee meetings, hallway chats, car-ride debriefs, in-person pitches — the calls that matter most and that nobody else's transcription tool covers. ReplySequence picks up where Voicenotes leaves off. Today, the supported path is paste: copy the Voicenotes transcript into the ReplySequence dashboard and get a polished follow-up in your writing voice, a sequence if the relationship needs one, and a CRM activity logged. Native one-click connect is on the roadmap — developers can wire a custom HTTP webhook today via Settings → Integrations.

Is ReplySequence affiliated with Voicenotes?
+
No. ReplySequence is an independent product. Voicenotes is a third-party platform we integrate with so you can use it alongside ReplySequence without changing your existing workflow. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
What does ReplySequence do with my Voicenotes transcripts?
+
Transcripts are sent to ReplySequence where they're processed by AI to draft follow-up emails, extract next steps, identify deal risks, and update your deal intelligence. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can delete it anytime.
How long can a voice memo be?
+
Up to the limits Voicenotes supports — typically 60+ minutes. Longer memos = richer context for the follow-up.
Is there a one-click native integration with Voicenotes?
+
Not yet — that's on the roadmap. Today the supported path is paste-and-drop. Developers can also set up a custom HTTP webhook from Settings → Integrations.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest
Every transcript is encrypted with TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest. You can export or delete your data anytime, and we never sell, share, or train third-party models on it. Learn more about our security.
