Granola + ReplySequence
Granola nails the notes. ReplySequence writes the follow-up that sounds like you.
Granola is the notepad founders and operators actually use between back-to-back meetings — it quietly takes notes, enhances them with the transcript, and stays out of the way. What it doesn't do is open Gmail for you. ReplySequence is the layer on top: paste a Granola note or share it to our direct webhook and you get a follow-up email in your own writing voice, any sequence steps the deal needs, and a structured CRM update. Granola keeps doing what Granola does best. We just handle the part where you stare at a blank draft and try to remember what was agreed to.
What this pairing actually does
Triggers when you share a Granola note
Imports enriched notes (not just raw transcripts)
Preserves your own annotations from Granola
Generates follow-ups in your writing style
Works for in-person meetings too (when transcribed)
Best for
- Power users of Granola who want their notes to do more than sit there

Is ReplySequence affiliated with Granola?
+
No. ReplySequence is an independent product. Granola is a third-party platform we integrate with so you can use it alongside ReplySequence without changing your existing workflow. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
What does ReplySequence do with my Granola transcripts?
+
Transcripts are sent to ReplySequence where they're processed by AI to draft follow-up emails, extract next steps, identify deal risks, and update your deal intelligence. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can delete it anytime.
Does this work without sharing the note?
+
Sharing is the trigger event in Zapier — but you can share to a private channel only you see. We just need the share action to fire the webhook.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest
Every transcript is encrypted with TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest. You can export or delete your data anytime, and we never sell, share, or train third-party models on it. Learn more about our security.
